NHRWA Trust

The National Human Resource Welfare Association (NHRWA) is registered as a Trust during Feb 2019. NHRWA a non profit organization. NHRWA is a PAN India HR association and Provides professional development opportunities through  various activities of the Trust. These offerings foster knowledgeable HR system investments and effective solutions to business challenges. 

Vision

To create more Givers in the Society. To bring all human resource professionals and other stakeholders associated with Human Resources across India under one platform and to increase the competency, employability and business acumen level of all the members of the Association. To contribute for the welfare of society by helping people become skilled, improving competency and getting employed.

Mission

To empower and educate HR professionals at all levels to execute strategic business objectives and individual career objectives through mentoring, professional development, and networking opportunities.

About the Founder of NHRWA Trust

Mr. M V Narasimha is a seasoned Human Resource thought leader with about 30 years of experience of rich and varied industrial and corporate experience. He has worked in different industries viz., Manufacturing, Hospitality, Winery, Poultry, Education, Textiles and NGO.  He has provided operational, strategic and functional leadership to organizations in the areas of Recruitment, L&D, PMS, Talent engagement and retention and change Management.

Mr. Narasimhan has created several WhatsApp groups for different functions, different sectors and different industries with a noble thought of helping the jobless to find jobs.  He has created more than 260 WhatsApp groups so far.   His attitude towards life is simple and he has a vision of ensuring that our countrymen should not be jobless and the country should productively utilize the available young talent force in India.

Career Services

NHRWA is focused on advancing the individual career development planning and leadership of professionals. Through professional networking programs and development services offered across the country, we strive to support human resource professionals throughout their career life cycle – from intern to executive – as Human Resources leads the way for change in today’s businesses. The mission of our Trust is to serve and support our HR members and affiliates by providing professional networking forums and professional development programs for their members. We are pleased to provide professional development tools and opportunities via live meetings in our affiliate locations and via conferences and seminars delivered in conjunction with our training partners. Additionally we offer a wide range of on-demand, webcast and audio cast events.

Mentoring Program

Offering a Mentoring program that allows fresh and inexperienced HR professionals with an opportunity to learn and grow under seasoned HR professionals with a certificate at the end of 6-9 months of mentoring. It also recognizes the Mentors for their knowledge and experience.
Facilitating HR information management community for sharing of best practices, professional knowledge and networking with seasoned HR professionals, an online WhatsApp group community which provides an immediate central hub for more than 40000 people in various industries to create, catalog and share knowledge.

Annual Conferences and HR Meets

NHRWAs Annual conference and periodic HR Meets, which delivers the perfect blend of networking and solutions for issues facing HR and HR professionals in India.
